The Job Queue
The Job Queue is a collection of all the simulated and scheduled jobs which have been made.
Things you'll need
Before you get started you will need an Antha license so that you have access to Antha OS.
Navigating the Job Queue
Opening The Job Queue
The Job Queue is one of the apps in the app selection menu. Open the Job Queue by clicking the menu expander icon and selecting the Job Queue app.
Simulated vs Scheduled Jobs
The Job Queue divides jobs into two types: Simulated and Scheduled. All jobs begin as simulations and must be scheduled before they can be sent to a physical device. Simulated jobs are visible only to you, but Scheduled jobs are visible to everyone in the organisation.
Scheduled jobs are either Queued (amber label), or Completed (black label). Scheduled jobs are Queued before they are sent to a device and Completed after.
Filtering Jobs
To filter the list of jobs, type a keyword in the filter input area at the top of the window. You can filter by job name or person who submitted the job.
Viewing Job Details
You can view the details of a job, such as its status, time for execution, and files generated, by clicking on a job. To close the details pane, click the "CLOSE" button.

Opening a Job in the Dashboard
To open the job in the dashboard, click on the "See Execution Details" button. From here, you will be able to order materials, prepare input plates, change devices, and schedule your job for execution.
Opening a Job in the Workflow Editor
You may want to open a job in the Workflow Editor to copy the job or to see how it was made. Click on the job's workflow file, and a window will appear giving you the option to open the job in the workflow editor. To make a copy of a job, re-simulate from the workflow editor and a new job will be registered.
